The Compliance Kit is a comprehensive set of documents, videos and tools created by REINSW to help real estate professionals navigate the latest Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) reforms in NSW. It includes practical resources to support ongoing compliance.
How do I access the RTA Reforms Compliance Kit?
You can access the Compliance Kit for free if you registered for the Mastering the NSW Rental Reforms event or purchased access separately. You’ll need to be signed into the account that registered or purchased to view the resources.
I didn’t attend the event—can I still get access?
Yes. If you didn’t attend the event, you can purchase access to the Compliance Kit online. Once your purchase is complete and you're signed in, you’ll be able to view all documents and videos.
What is included in the Compliance Kit?
The Kit includes downloadable documents (in ZIP format), on-demand training videos, links to updated legislation, compliance forms, REINSW webinar recordings, and other tools relevant to the 2024–2025 rental reforms.
When was the Compliance Kit last updated?
REINSW updates the kit as new changes or clarifications are released.
Does the kit include legal forms updated for the RTA reforms?
Yes. The Compliance Kit supports the use of updated REI Forms Live templates and also references relevant legislation and resources to ensure agents remain compliant with NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
What if I can't access the documents after signing in?

Can non-members access the Compliance Kit?
Yes. Access is available to anyone who either attended the event or purchased access—REINSW membership is not required.
