The pay‑per‑form option lets you buy single-use, protected PDFs only when you need them - no ongoing commitment.

Which forms and agreements are available via pay-per-form?

You’ll find a full list on the pricing page, covering property management, sales, commercial and more. Examples include:

  • Residential Tenancy Agreement – $6.00 per use (PDF on demand: $44.00)

  • Exclusive Management Agency Agreement (Residential) – $4.40 per use ($27.50 subscription price)

  • Routine Inspection Report – $1.50 per use (Inspect Live version: $2.20)

How does pay-per-form differ from subscriptions?

With a subscription, you pay an annual fee (e.g. $599–$869 depending on type) and get unlimited access to selected form categories for all staff at your agency. With pay‑per‑form, you only pay when you use a form - ideal for low-volume users. Both options are for REINSW members only.

How do I pay and manage credit?

To use pay‑per‑form, your agency must pre-load credit in REI Forms Live. Under Account Details → Credit, you can:

  • Purchase credits via your preferred payment method

  • Enable auto top‑up to automatically recharge when your balance is low

  • Disable auto top‑up at any time if you prefer manual control.

Are documents reusable?

No. Each form is single‑use and watermarked with client or property details. You won’t be able to reuse or blank-print them after purchase.

What about electronic signing?

You can add Forms Live Sign, REI Forms Live’s built‑in e-signing tool, to your account. Or connect with DocuSign—both options speed up execution and save paper/time. Sign‑on‑screen is free; DocuSign comes with discounts when purchased via your account.

Can I automatically notify conveyancers once a form is signed?

Yes – the REI FastTrack Contract feature lets you automatically notify the conveyancer when a vendor signs. It’s free for all REI Forms Live users.
