This course has the following objectives: 
  • To provide a refresher course in property management general knowledge and an overview of appropriate state and federal relevant legislation  
  • To outline the day-to-day tasks, procedures, and responsibilities of a property manager 
  • To understand and accurately complete common forms, notices, and agreements  
  • To enhance verbal and written communication skills when dealing with tenants, landlords and third parties during the management process 
  • To effectively identify, manage and monitor disputes and complaints handling.
