Course Overview:
This course is only available to Learners that have a valid Smart and Skilled Training Contract
This qualification helps those within an administration role within a real estate agency gain the required skills
and knowledge to provide information on real estate procedures, forms, and documents while having extensive
knowledge within customer service standards and how to meet customer expectations.
This qualification also provides underpinning skills and knowledge to help support their colleagues within the
real estate sector being eithers property managers or sales.
Those that hold the CPP31519 - Certificate III in Real Estate Practice are seen to play a vital role in:
- Receiving, recording, and following up with vendors or buyers, lessors, or tenants, by phone, email or in
person at the office
- Using the required forms to prepare contracts for sale or lease
- scheduling and assisting with property inspections
- maintaining data relating to clients and prospects including vendors, buyers, lessors or tenants
- assisting with development of a client base through prospecting activities such as cold calls, door
knocking, attendance at open homes
- conducting approved transactions through trust accounts
- receiving and processing payments and maintaining basic financial records
- applying ethical standards and practices
- conducting basic administration duties including using business technology, preparing documents, maintaining
appointment schedules and providing customer service.
As part of this course, REINSW offers the five (5) units required to register with Fair Trading NSW a Certificate
of Registration.

Once enrolled, our learners can choose the best way that best suits them to study. This means that once you have
access to our Learning management system, you can either:

Distance learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use the training resources provided
to work
through the learning modules workbook and assessment section at the Learners own pace, within their
own time
with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.

Online learning is a method of learning where a Learner will use REINSW online platforms to complete
this
modules workbook and assessment section. Online uses interactive online systems to ensure that you
receive a
highly engaging and interesting learning experience. This style is also self-paced which is
completed by the
Learner in their own time with little to no assistance from the RTO unless required.

Zoom / Face-two-face is a method of learning where a Learner will attend a class with a Trainer &
Assessor
either by Zoom or in person at our REINSW House training rooms. We have a set training calendar
every year
that allows Learners to choose which course they would like to attend to gain that one-on-one
training

Blended means that REINSW provides you as the Learner the opportunity to mix up your training
delivery method.
This means that as you continue to study through your course, you will have the ability to swap and

CPP31519 Certificate III in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Recognised Prior Learning.
RPL is a formal process which awards credit for knowledge and skills, or competencies acquired through previous
study, training, employment, or life experience. The RPL process strives to provide accurate and fair
recognition for prior knowledge and skills. RPL can be awarded against unit/units which comprise part or full
qualification under the scope of REINSW’s registration

CPP31519 Certificate III in Real Estate Practice is eligible for Credit Transfer.
Learners that have completed units of competency through another RTO can apply for Credit transfer during the
enrolment process with REINSW. To apply for Credit Transfer, a Learner will need to complete the credit transfer
