Property and Stock Agents Continuing Professional Development 2024-25

This compulsory topics outline is for approved providers of NSW property industry continuing professional development under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 and Regulations.

The package includes the following compulsory CPD topics:

Animal Welfare Best Practice in Saleyards 

 

This topic provides an overview of the obligations of a Stock and Station Agent in saleyards and supply chain and ensuring animal welfare best practise is being implemented. 

  
Introduction to work health and safety obligations in stock and station agencies This topic covers work health and safety obligations of stock and station agents in New South Wales and how they are applied in practice.  
Mandatory Implementation of eID for Sheep and Farmed Goats NSW This topic is about the mandatory implementation of electronic identification (eID) of sheep and farmed goats in New South Wales. The key focus is adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements in recording and reporting of stock data to the National Livestock System (NLIS).  
New Supervision Guidelines 2024 – Stock and Station Agents This topic covers the responsibilities and obligations under the new Supervision Guidelines.  

 

Courses are delivered via interactive elearning, video and supporting tools and checklists.

Course fees:

REINSW course fees for CPD include GST and are bound by the REINSW Training refund and credit policy found on our policy page by clicking the below link.
