The Contract for the Sale of Land sets out the clear terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyer and seller. Knowing how to use the Contract is critical for every sales agent.

The latest revision of the Contract takes into account important changes to legislation and procedures since the last edition was published in 2014.

Meet the Presenter

Gary Newton is a partner at Tresscox Lawyers, a leading law firm in Australia.  Gary has been practising in the area of property law for over 30 years. He is an author of several property law books and services including the widely-used LexisNexis Butterworths NSW Conveyancing Service (loose-leaf). He assists in the development and maintenance of many of the standard agreements published by REINSW including the Commercial Lease and the Retail Lease. Gary is listed in the in the Best Lawyers in Australia guide for real property law, and is a recommended lawyer by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2016.
